5. Funds under management indicate a vote of confidence in those managers by the investors who have provided the capital.
6. The NZVCA venture capital and private equity manger members have more than money. They can provide:

1. access to a network of strategic contacts that can accelerate company growth;
2. management assistance; and
3. subsequent rounds of funding before exit.
